so.....tackled my first fiberglass project recently. kind of a pain, but in gettin used to it. i just have 1 question so far:
How can i get rid of air bubbles in a dried fiberglass project? any help is greatly appreciated. thanx in advance. |

i think you're supposed to get rid of all the air bubbles as much as possible while you're applying..
i've seen people use a roller of washers.

They actually make special rollers for it. You can probably buy one from Coral Thief...oops
I meant Coral Reef behind ITC. ![]() Usually made of aluminum. ![]() Specifically designed for removing air bubbles!

if its dried you could try drilling and using a syringe to fill the void with more resin

thanx welder. ive resolved to grinding down as much if the airbubble as possible with a dremmel. im gonna make a mix of resin w/fiberglass strands in it and fill with that. we'll see how it turns out.
